 | | | Bulldog Business Solution, Inc, a business operations and technology consultant based in Quincy, MA is has taken their previously unnamed small business product service to beta. Now code named "Jacob", this product is designed to lower the cost of bring transformational technology to small businesses.
The first small business taking part in the beta is The Irish Cottage Pub of Methuen, MA. This restaurant, part owned by the technology literate Paul Morton, opened up in early of 2010. As a technology professional, Paul realized that he wanted a better, more effiicent ways to run his new business.
For that reason, he was happy to have his restaurant participate as a beta site for Bulldog Business Solutions Project "Jacob". Since the restaurant has opened, the Irish Cottage Pub has been approached by other companies that can offer only parts of what "Jacob" can do. None of them can do what Jacob promises to bring over the next 12 - 18 months.
Bulldog Business Solutions works directly with the computer literate Chef Morry of The Irish Cottage Pub. Besides being a imaginative, forward looking chef, Morry has extensive experience with computers, technology and business operations. As the direct contact for Bulldog on this project, Morry interfaces with his staff and gathers valuable feedback that helps shape how "Jacob" should work.
It has worked out so well, when Project "Jacob" is ready, Paul plans to bring his other restaurant, The Claddagh, on to the system as well. |
